[Resolved]  Unitech/ Unihomes Noida — Fraud by Property agent "Vikram" C/O Realty Canvas, A - 401, Defence Enclave, New Delhi and bad services by Unitech group.

Unitech has come with unihomes 3 at 3145 per sq ft.(3025 after discount)
However other projects by Amprapali & Supertech in Greater noida is at much cheaper rate.( hardly 5-7 km away from sec 117)
I am not from Noida, can anyone justify why one should go for unihomes 3 rather than other projects by supertech & amprapali in G. Noida

will we get possession in 36 months? let alone 24 months

Hi guys, Does anyone have any idea about uniworld. They have already taken 3 installments but i do not know when theyare going to start the work. I do not know how they arepromising posession in 2012.

i have a doubt that this project will ever get completed (including uniworld and unihomes). the figures don't stack up. put the costs of building, land etc together for noida and you will realise this project will never be completed I think. again its my personal opinion. I might be wrong. I hope I am as i've invested without realising.

Unihomes progess is quite well since they have started work in late jan it is now 4months in which piling is completed for all blocks phase 1 and part of phase 02 as well in phase1 b block and other blocks on road side internal they have completed 02nd floor same for phase 02 nearby roads blocks as well .inbetween thy have digged huge piece of land and is for the purpose of covered parking on top will have swimming pool and garden very good as first i was confused where covered parking will be i stay near by and visit every week there this time was yesterday in evening and the work was on with good speed ...man's were working on casting some block 1st and some blocks 2nd and 3rd ...i think this is very easy for unitech to complete this project on time as only 9 floor's blocks are there only Block A have 11 floor'S not big deal ...IT IS BETTER TO TALK ON FACTS AND TRUTH IS WORK IN PROGRESS ...THOUGH WE ALL SHOUD KEEP AN PROPER UPDATE ON THIS ...

any body can say the progress of F block unihome phase II.When roof of ground floor may be completed/stared or not.

no progress at all in this project. the work has halted and number of labourers has gone dow. I think Unitech has diverted their workers on another project which they are currently selling to raise more money. Can we please get together and do aomething about it at Unitech's office. The deadline to complete phase opne is only 1 year away. Based on the current work in progress it might take 4 to 5 years to complete it. ITS high time we need to gettogether and do something. At the end of the day its our money which is at stake.

4TH INSTALMENT GONE, HOPE SECOND FLOOR COME UP SOON

I booked 2 BHK in Unihomes phase-II sec. 117 Noida in December 2009 and till date three installments are paid my own. Now I applied for home loan in SBI BARC branch Mumbai where I am working but the loan is not sanctioned due to non availability of registered agreement. In this connection I contacted Mr. Kamra in Unitech, he replied that without registered agreement loan is sanctioned by SBI in Parliament street and in Lucknow. Moreover he said that in U.P. & Delhi registered agreement is not required, the rules of Maharastra are different but as per my knowledge registered agreement is must to obtain the home loan from any nationalized bank.
Friends it is my request if any one obtained home loan from SBI or PNB please help me by contacting on mob: [protected], I will be highly obliged.

Please state here the current construction progress of block Dif any one visit the Unihomes Noida site. The demand of 4th. installment (which is related with the starting of construction) demand letter is sent to the clients.

Anyone having any news on Uniworld Noida. They have taken 3 intsllments till now but the 4th one they are not asking for yet. The work has not yet commenced and i dont think there is any way they are going to finish this project in 2012.

Unitech has issued demand letter for 4th installment for Uniworld Noida. The floor plan is yet to be approved.
