[Resolved]  Vasanth & Co — Poor customer service

i purchased a electrolux a/c from tuticorin vasanth and co, as per technician blower to replace.it was under guarntee period i agreed to pay spare parts.still after 45 days .they have not resolved the problem.they are very casual about the issue.very poor customer care.request to take any chance again

Vasanth & Co is the worst customer service I had ever seen.
Kindly avoid shopping we can go for any small shop or online hope there would be a better customer service.

I bought ultra grinder with Timer on Tamil new year day.
1. No discount for grinder
2. No free home delivery.
3. No Guarantee card inside the product we bought.
4. No proper response on contacting back.

The only response don't ask us go to service centers.
Once product taken back it is not our responsibility.

I don't know how they are doing business with this attitude.

Poor customer service - Vasanth and Co

We ordered a SAMSUNG AC for before two days back on VASANT & CO, TAMBARAM and paid BAJAI FINANCE Wise
Their promise to free AC Stand deliver the product.

Even after three days they have neither delivered the product with AC stand and collect them Amount Basis.Yesteday night 10.50pm product is came my home Crompet the Driver asking for stand amount. I call that time billing manager
Of this branch is not answering direct queries on the subject and only says he will inform as soon as the product is received at their
end.

If the product is not in stock with them or if they do not know when it can be arranged does it not amount to cheating the customers ie to
Accept the Finances payment

All customers intend to deal with the vendor should be beware of this branch.

May I request Sh. Vasant kumar, an honest business man who has built his reputation on honesty, reputation and public confidence to take suitable action on such branch managers who are bent upon spoiling his name and reputation and also advise them to stick to business ethics in stead of short cuts as this

And more than cheating with the customer of our tambaram branch all the staffs. I can take so meny transaction for Vasant & Co products
More 3 product i have purchase and i will pay delivery charges. Still he has not giving gift also. So i have asking my friend and my relatives to no purchase of vasant & co in tambaram branch. That place for cheating of all customers. All the manager and sales man wost peoples. So please take the action immediately

I'm Sathya . I purchased an AC samsung inverter 1.5tonnes. The very next day we found that Ac was not working and we saw water leakage from the unit. We made a complaint and their service engineers attended the fault and requested us to change to new unit. We made follow ups so many times but no response. Finally after thirty days they sent a senior person. He also reported the same complaint. But till today the Ac was not changed and no result. Mr.Sebastein from Padi branch attended us . After that he never attended our calls.

Kindly don't buy any home appliances froM Vasanth & co. Very poor quality and service. They are selling the old stocks.

Dont Ever Go To Vasanth&Co, they r rude and irresponsbile person's, after booking of refregirator they didn't deliver the product for 15 days, very arrogant and careless customer service.JUST IGNORE VASANTH&CO.

நான் வேல்முருகன் ஜூன் 2009 இல் வாஷிங்மெசின் வாங்கினேன், ராமநாதபுரம் வசந்த் அன் கோ, பிப்ரவரி 2010 இல் அதன் பெல்ட் அறுந்துவிட்டது, நான் வசந்த் அன் கோவில் புகார் கொடுத்தேன், பழுதுபார்க்க வந்ததார்கள், வந்து 200 ரூபாய் வேண்டும், பேல்டை மற்ற்ற வேண்டும் என்று சொன்னார்கள், 200ரூபாய் கொடுத்த்தேன், இன்றையதினம் வரை வரவே இல்லை, நானும் பல முறை நேரில் சென்று சொல்லிவிட்டேன், முதலில் சொன்னார்கள் வேலைக்கு ஆள் வரும் என்று, பின்னர் வாரண்டி முடிந்து விட்டது என்று.

This was a bad (in a way good experience ) from Nanganallur Branch. We had ordered for electrolux products and paid an advance and were waiting for the product. 3 days later, they called saying that the product is not in stock and they can give videocon instead. So we went in person and asked them if the product could be made available, when he said it is not at all in the godown. Choosing to get all the products from the same shop, we said them, we ll return later after searching some other shops as well. And we went to another branch - where they told the product is in stock and it could all be given at the discount price billed by the previous vasanth and co dealer. We were waiting for the sales person to bill it for almost 1 and a half hour wherein he was constantly going into and out of the manager's room . We asked if there is any problem and he never admitted anything. After a tiresome wait, he told us the cost for which the other branch had given us the products shows a lower cost than the allowed discount and we would have to pay 2000 extra to get the products which were all in stock. And he told us to go back to the nanganallur branch to get the refund of the advance as well. Calling up the nanganallur branch, we were shocked to receive a cold reply - come and get your money refunded and we re not willing to sell it away at that price. And all this after a waste of lot of time and energy .Almost three days and a long wait at the store to know that they couldnt sell it at a price they had quoted. It was a very bitter experience with vasanth and co and we learnt a lesson! They tell you one thing and at the end it is something different! We went to rathna fan house and ordered an ac at a very reasonable price and a comfortable customer service.

I purchased a Panasonic TV from Vasanth and co. They insisted me to take hand delivery instead of giving me home delivery. I witnessed, the person who brought the tv, was
dragging it on ground. They said, it normal and assured me of any fault. After i opened the goods at home, found that the TV was a complete damaged piece. I had to try very hard to replace it. Moreover, during the period they gave wrong promises of replacing. I am not happy with Vasanth and Co. I will prefer and suggest Chroma instead.

You are right bro. I will never go for this showroom. I had two day nightmare of purchasing a tv. and I dont know what will happen in future for my replaced tv.

Thus is Suji.We bought LG Full HD TV on (10.01.2015).LG didn't send the product installation people until now.Kindly help me to fix TV ASAP

We go to buy a refrigerator to the showroom placed at south masi street, madurai. there is no responsibility is given to customer. so dont go there and dont spoil your self respect. they didn't give respect to customer

We ordered a Sony LED 32 inch TV from the Vasanth & Co. stall @ T.nagar. The salesperson from Vasanth & Co. t.nagar store attended to us and showed us all the tv options available for the chosen model and we selected and placed the order. However, the tv was not delivered on given date. The sales man said Customer support the next day as it was late night at that time. After many tries, we finally were able to talk to a Vasanth & Co representative who said it will come on given date and will verify with Mrs.Chithra when he arrives at office the next day.

Try to avoid buying anything from Vasanth & Co. in future.

Very worst behavior. they are giving 10 phone number and mobile numbers in their bill. but no one will pick up.
i bough LG washing machine 4 days back but still no one called me for installation. my friend bought the same model in flipkart yesterday. but the installation going on now. i personally visit the showroom at T nagar chennai. no responce. and saying will arrange today. after that no response from them. rate also 2000 higher than online shopping.
Don't go to vasanth & co its like a road side shop.

wrong declarations by the sales people of vasanth&co tuticorin for the purpose of sales ...I purchased a 49 "LG tv with a lot of desire and expectations after 'confirming' that .i was told it has memory facility etc...After purchase and after installing at my home, the LG employee had told me that my choice is not having the facility i required... i m disappointed...
when phoned up to vasanth & co they said sorry...had they told me the right options i would have purchased The right brand and size from the same vasanth&CO...i feel deceived...like me humble customers are being cheated ...where i can go and complain on this...???????????
