[Resolved]  Vasanth & Co — Poor customer service

today i call to vasanth and co for getting product details but they dont give respond to me

We have booked a whirpool a/c on 27.03.2016 with hot cash in purasaiwalkam vasanth & co that time its we asked the sales persom Mr.SRINIVASAN that when it will be delivered because we are buying for my grand mother who is 9+0years old she needs it that person has told that it will be delivered by nextday itselt that is on 28.03.2016 but not delivered we had made a call on 29.03.2016 to that person but he sais that year end closing same will be delivered on 01.04.2016 we accept it but not delivered on that also so we again gave a call on 05.04.2016 same thing year end closing same will be delivered on 05.04.2016 again we waited on 06.04.2016 we have given a call to that person he has not picked the call till 08.04.2016 on that evening by 8 pm i had given a call from other number mobile after saying my booking number he disconnected my call and i again given a call to delivery section they given me another number of manager Mr.MOHAMMED he picke the call and he said same dialouges of year end closing by saturday (10.04.2016)he will be delivering the machine or otherwise come refund the amount but also saturday not delivered the machine and also no any information from their side.
On sunday(11.04.2016)me and my mother gone directly to the shop and asked them regarding this ther we met on sunday(11.04.2016)me and my mother gone directly to the shop and asked them regarding this ther we met an another person of Mr.SRINIVASAN MANAGER we got a big shoch that there is no stock of that model even in the whirlpool godown itself we asked their how can you made an invoice of out of stock model and asked the negative commitments and again he asked the time till 12.04.2016 and he said if he has not deliver the machine on 12.04.2016 means he will be givein an other machine which is of one and half tone we agreed and came agin on 12.04.2015 not delivered we lost our patience and shouted with them he has given us whirpool asm no and all we said not needed of that thing we want machine before12:00 they delivered the only machine on 14.04.2016 by 10.00 stabalizer and stand and not came we again given a call and said that the booking has made in whirlpool and the installation will be doing on same day with the stabalizer and the stand but no one has called us on today15.04.2016 we directly called to the whirlpool customer care about the installation they said theis is no booking made from vasanth & co regarding new installation we requsted them for the installation they said they will be giving by before 3 clock but stabalizer shoulg be given by the shop but still 12.30 we are giving continous call to them but no one has respond us. It is not a simple way of growing a company name but it is simple to spoil it please take care

I m purchased Blue star AC in salem vasanth and co branch on 2nd May 2016 they promised me to deliver the AC in Villupuram branch on same day they told your product is not available in that branch so we will send courier to that branch you can get it with in two days but still i m not get my product . Salem Branch Manager is not given proper response for that, they are printed helpline no i in bill copy, First time they are pick my call (Ms. Maheswari from chennai helpline no she told i will enquirer and come back within half an hour)still now she is not coming back, why you ppl are given helpline number to us for enquirer know?if no one is taking call and not respond y u should gave?? .there is no mail id in website for customer complaint ? i m suggest my guys not to take any product in Vasanth and co ... they are Cheaterssssss... very very worst service

It's complaint about the seller of the vasanth N Co name sadham([protected]). Pls don't trust his words while selling the product(Sony led TV). He use to speak so nicely while selling after selling he will show his true face to the customer. Don't even respond to the customer properly n he was so rude to me when u questioned him about the billing _ after selling the product. I was so unhappy with the billing dept n vasanth N co. I will def tell to my neighbors n friends to do not buy any product there. They didn't even mention the proper naming for the full amount debited from my card. Pls don't buy any product in T Nagar North Usman road vasanth N Co. If you really want to buy there you are at risk. Thanks

I booked washing machine in Vasanth & co., while booking i told them that i dont want any displayed items or washing machine to be delivered.. i found some scratches in the displayed washing machines..the sales women promised me that they wont send any old stock or displayed items.. after one week only they delivered the washing machine.. while unboxing i found that the same machine which was displayed there..which has so many scratches has been delivered to me..immediately i informed them about this..but they tried to avoid with some other reasons..and after so many calls and complaints only the company replaced the product..that to have some damage..so my personal suggestion is please dont buy any products from there.. very worst service..
