Croma — AC Multiple complaints no response

Hi,

I am writing this with utter disappointment, in-spite of repeatedly calling and texting your executive for ac repair, he isn't picking or responding to calls.

Please find the multiple complaints made and no response:

When you trust in a company, you put trust its service too. This is not the service or behavior you expect.

We have always appreciated the company for its values and products, and this is the first time we are facing such an issue. Not acceptable at all.

I request you to please immediately take action and look into this.
