[Resolved] Croma — cancellation of request for demo of my samsung product

I had requested for the demo of my samsung microwave 28l mc28h5145vk/tl on 12 april 2019 (Complaint no. Sr[protected]) but the request got cancelled without any prior information to me. I request you to please send an expert as soon as possible to my address and revert back. I had even requested for the same on the 13th as well as 14th. But i got an sms stating that the request was cancelled both the times.

I was given a call and SMS about A/C installation. I called the number and the person said that they will reach my apartment in an hour.

This drama has been going on for two days and i have been waiting at home for the technician who never turns up.

Once i call the number of the technician he blocks my number!
