I have purchased iphone 11 on pune pimpri croma store on jan 1 2020 and i was assured, i will get 6000 rs cash back after 90 days of purchase, which i dint get till date.
I understood it may be because of lockdown issues. I called croma customer support multiple times regarding the same in last month (May) and i have been informed that cash back issues resolved only after store opens and they were not sure, when it opens and there is no precipice for them check online.
After i tried multiple times to helpdesk, one lady picked my phone and conference the call with store, not sure how, they were unable to do it before and did this time.
The store guy asked me to send charge slip to them and which i did last friday and been told that it will resolve in 2 days. I called on tuesday again, same thing was informed to me saying will resolve in 2 days.
Today i called again, maya from croma store says, she is not sure when it resolve, as it’s back end team issues not ours. If i ask for approx date of resolution, for which she refuse.
My financial situation is bad due to corona. This cash balance issue helps me little in this situation.
Had a great experience with croma store and help desk team
Note : it took me 10 days to reach customer care executive via phone and store lady maya replied to my email today, when i asked to reply
