[Resolved]  Croma — cashback not credited

Address: Phoenix Croma, 600042

I have made a purchase of mobile phone under the friday(HDFC) cashback offer from the croma store on 16/08/2019. As per the terms cashback should be credited on or before 16/11/2019.
No official mails or notifications given on the delay still now. On cross verification they are saying its technical fault.
Insufficient customer care service also transferring calls through 3 members.
