We have purchased the croma washing machine on 31st may 2019 from croma store gurgaon.
It started giving problem from beginning of october.
The first complaint was logged on 2nd october, 2019 complaint no del 021019fs00064, which was resolved 12th october, 2019. The problem was that the machine was not draining out the water after the washing in entire process. The time taken to resolve the complaint took 10 days.
On 19th october, 2019 again machine started giving the problem and we raised the complaint complaint no del 191019fs00952. At this time after the complete process of washing the water was draining regularly. Again on 2nd november we registered the same complaint vide complaint no del011119fs99182, engineer visited and checked the machine he did some tits and tats and said that now it is fine.
Again today machine started giving the same problem - water is draining continuously. We have registered a complaint again today, again we registered a complaint, no del091119fs00445.
At the time of purchase of the machine the showroom executive told us that if machine faces any problem company will replace the machine.
Request you to kindly look into this issue and help us in getting the unit replaced as committed by your representative.

And the order was received by the website on 19th November 2019.
I tried to cancel the order... But couldn't find a way to do it. And the customer service is soo bad... Pls respond fast
