I had purchased a CROMA LED HDR 24in TV through Amazon on[protected] . It arrived in a defective state before installation. As per the return policy it was picked up and I was assured a replacement immediately. After many mails to the customer care there was no action. Later I mailed the grievance cell, but they too gave a false assurance that it will be replaced within 5-7 days. But it has not arrived till now.
I'm not happy with the customer service that TATA croma has for its customers.
I would like to get the replacement immediately or at least refund me full immediately.
TATA Croma has no right to keep my money if they are incapable of replacing the Defective TV which was sent.
