[Resolved] Croma — dell inspiron 14 laptop

Brand new laptop took 5-6 minutes to start up. Applications installation took more than 3 hours! Basic applications like ms office is literally taking more than 5 minutes to start. All this is happening when the wi-fi connection in home is working fine and four other devices are connected to it and all are running fine. I completely fail to understand how can a brand new laptop be so slow??!! Please facilitate an exchange for this laptop. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
