[Resolved]  Croma — evoucher expired

I have purchased croma voucher of value 5000 rs last year. I was trying to place an order and i noticed that my gift card expired last month: (I understand it has a 12-month validity and i'm to be blamed could not redeem this within the available date but the amount is for rs. 5000 which i consider is huge. Could i request you to help in this regard? Just because i forgot the expiry date, i don't want to lose my money. Please help me.

Voucher number: i am not sure whether i can mention this here? Please suggest.
