Its been nearly 10 days since raising the complaint regarding this faulty tv delivered and the issue has not been resolved yet. The technician have been visiting us one by one but just for the sake of formality says that tv is faulty on visit and 1. Mr santosh has visited who tried to sell his theory of 4k wire and software update in this brand new tv set. According to him the flickering and color defect was attributable to cable signal and will not happen on other media sources. However we have shared the videos for defect on amazon prime and youtube as well.2. On further mental torture of following up with you guys, another senior technician from samsung ho mr. Yutlal yadav has visited our home and by seeing the defected videos, confirmed to raise the escalation. However on conference call with croma and samsung today i. E. 31/10/2019, he deflected from his statement that tv was faulty.
As we are working, just waiting for your technician by taking day off/ coming early is not possible everyday moreover this harassment we have been facing is a lot to handle everyday because we trusted croma and its service. But it is really disappointing that nothing has been concluded yet from your end and even more pathetic customer service of samsung. We had spent quite an amount on purchase of the new tv set and would like croma to either replace it or refund our money.
We hope that a positive conclusion can be reached before we are forced to opt for more consumer-centric approaches.
