I was looking out for a washing machine and a new croma branch was opened at siripuram, vizag as such i have visited the branch last week and enquired about the different companies and models available.We choose to go with IFB a 6.5 kg machine and have processed the loan formalities.
Yest[protected] we again visited the stores to pick up the washing machine and was suprised to note the following:
1.The product that we are looking ws not avbl.in stock.
2.I hv take HDFC consumer electronic loan and my permanent address is different from my delivery address, for which ur stores manager says as per rule we cannot deliver the item to the palce where we are staying but will deliver to the address mentioned in the aadhar card(permanent address).
3.Mr.Sundar ws again explained about the place we stay but he ws not bothered about the customer just mentioned that we cannot deliver due to policy matter.
4.The dly is a samll issue, but why ws it made a big issue and lot of argument took place and finally we were to return back.
5.We have picked up the washing machine from another stores without any hassels...
Is this the way a consumer is to be treated, we have wasted a lot of time going to croma stores several times and finally was denied the product that we want to purchase.
I am sure that u will be loosing a lot of customers due to such inefficient staff and insane policies, my humble request is to pls enquire on the issue and see that the customer is given importance and that too during such hard times.
Your have spent a lot of money and put up a world class showroom but the entire system in the stores confusing and not customer friendly.
This is the experience which i had and its quite disturbing.
