[Resolved] Croma — Magic remote of NEW Croma TV not working

I purchased new Croma TV 49 inches durng the month of August. The magic remote which comes along with the TV did not function when operated. The next day after installation the magic remote was taken for service by the installation person. But till now he had not replaced the remote. I made so many phone calls but only I got only explanations not the remote. I have also moved in person to the Croma store Avadi and made complaint but all in vain. Till now I have not received the remote.
I had a great image about Tata product till before three months.As they provide best service when compared with other products. But now I lost that hope.
I hope that this complaint atleast will provide me a fruitful result.
