I had purchased a jabra 65t elite from croma store on 15 nov 2020. Having used the product before i was aware that jabra faces some bluetooth problem in left earbud quite frequently. So i enquired with the store and i was assured that i would get hand to hand replacement if any problem was detected.
This was because i had made it clear that amazon is providing the product for same price and giving no questions asked replacement. The product malfunctioned the very next day and i went to croma service stating the same. The left bud was continously giving a cracking noise. However the team refused to accept any malfunction. Now the product is also producing a hissing noise. The team is saying they will send the product to jabra service centre. I fail to understand why a replacement is not provided when the product fails the very next day. Service team led my Mrs shikha is absolutely unwilling in admitting the fault. When the admit that product has fault, instead of providing a replacement they are sending it to service centre for repairs which takes days. This fraud would only defer people from buying again.
