I bought lg refrigerator from croma. It is making noises now. I have logged a complaint with croma on 9th june (Complaint# bof130620ew00045), they promised to resolve it in 4-5 days.
On 5th day i called croma support ([protected]), they changed their statement and told me that due to covid situation complaint will take longer time of 10-12 days.
On june 22nd (11 am ist) i called croma support to check the complaint status, customer representative told me that they have closed my complaint without any information or confirmation from me.
I requested to talk to their senior, but none of their seniors were in shift, so they created new case for me promised that their senior will call in 24 hr.
I did not got any call, next day (June 23) i called croma support again this time again told me by eod i will get the call.
June 23, 5 pm ist i called support croma support as i did not get any calls from croma, they told me none of thier senior management is in shift they will be available next day morning 10 am and i will get call back in 24hr.
June 24 10 am ist, i called croma support and again got same reply that their senior management is not avaiable as they are not in shift.
Looks like they don't have an senior mgmt and they are just fooling customers. Now they are telling me that complaint will take another 15-20 days to resolve. Was this information helpful? |
