I purchased Lenovo laptop from Croma with 3 years extended warranty (extended warranty provided by Croma).
In February 2015, I submitted laptop for repair due to hardware problem causing BSOD. On replacing hard disk and processor, it still gave me the BSOD.
After that, I submitted the laptop 3 more times and the problem persisted.
Now Croma claims that it is a Windows OS or other software issue.
I emailed them the log files to confirm that it is hardware issue but they have not replied back.
Also, the Windows OS was installed by Croma everytime they repaired it.
I have already wasted days on the laptop and taking to Croma guys at the store, on phone and over emails.
The standard response I have been sent more than a dozen times is we have forwarded your issue to the respective store/department. Was this information helpful? |
