It is very unfortunate to mail you directly being a promising user of croma products range and home appliances, i am highly disappointed with the way your company is dealing with customer care service.
I have purchased somewhere around rs.2 lacs of home appliances of croma brand from croma - juhu vasundhara in 2019 with a customer name of arshie yawar (Invoice no: aia[protected] and that was my biggest mistake of my life to but ac, tv, fridge, washing machine, microwave, juicer mixer grinder etc and paid thousands of bucks for extended warranty.
15 days back my croma 1.5-ton split ac have stopped working so i had to call the customer care to file a complaint as my ac is under extended 2 years warranty for which i had paid around rs.4000/- extra at the time of purchase. Now its been more than 15 days and my ac is still not working and croma customer care is worthless in send the right technician.
Firstly, customer care executive told that the technician will come in 4-7 working days, i have waited the whole week and called them 5 time again after 4th day was over, but no body came. I have made 14 calls to customer care till now and every time i was being assured to send the service person in next 4-7 working days.
On 1st july a young boy suddenly came up and i briefed him that my ac is not working an i am unbale to sleep since last 15 days and requested him to please check and correct what is the problem. He doesn’t even know how to diagnose the problem, he was just cleaning the ac with cotton cloth, washed out the filters which i already did. I told him that issue is not cleaning the filters but something else.
After cleaning was over and the ac didn’t showed any improvement, he called a person named tanveer and told him that he didn’t diagnose what is the problem. It was so annoying moment, i took his cell and directly spoken to tanveer, he told me will come by tomorrow and that tomorrow never comes.
I am tired of calling tanveer to come and check and he switched off his mobile. I got a number to his superior mr rajesh and i called him and explained the whole scenario. Mr rajesh has also promised me to send someone 2 days back and no one has come as of now.
I am seriously annoyed and disappointed in chasing croma people for bloody to repair my 1-year old ac which is still under warranty which seem useless to me. What a bad day it was that i bought appliances of croma. My new tv motherboard was also had problem and replaced in weeks.
Its my humble request to send some sensible technician who can do the repair properly.
I also suggest you to improve your customer care service, i will never ever suggest anyone to buy any croma product. We also have career and voltas ac at home and they sent the technician within 24 hours of the call even in lockdown times.
Worst decision ever to buy anything of croma, a genuine feedback.
