Dear sir,
I had visited with family at tata croma store, jalandhar at 1730 hrs 07 mar 2019.
I had selected the items and reached at billing counter, i was told card is not valid, just for checking inr 08 transactions was done at croma store and was successful.
I had to redeem my tata card points as well.
I was made to wait for 50 minutes, while cashier was making calls.
I requested them to call manager.
They called called sandeep. He was helpless.
I requested for customer feedback register for sharing my experience in tata croma.
There was no customer feedback register, i was told i can do online. They tried to login pc for, but i was told their net is not working.
I again requested, please call store manager, then mr. Parminder singh, came, he tried login store pc, then he disappeared without any word with customer.
Then i approached to s. Parminder singh again, he said there are 04 managers namely
S. Parminder singh
Sh gaurav thakur
Sh sandeep
Sh. Naveen
No one from staff was keen to resolve the problem.
Finally after 60 minutes, i wrote complaint on piece of paper, no manager mentioned above was ready to accept the complaint.
S. Parminder singh was very aggressive when asked for help, exihited poor values, and said in store, there are 04 managers not me alone.
I requested him to tell me his tata id no, he threatened me to call the police in store, other staff pacify him and took him away.
My family has a nightmare for 90 minutes in tata croma store jalandhar.
Now they are saying they cannot accept the complaint.
Whole croma staff was watching helplessness of managers, who were were struggling to provide and solution, of justifiable answer, why they cannot accept the complaint, when they have no book for complaint as well.
All the managers mentioned above were on phones.
Please check the cctv footage of tata croma.in store how rudely s. Parminder singh was behaving with customer.
After a wait of 90 minutes, mr gaurav thakur accepted my complaint.
My family was deeply upset with poor customer service and way problem was addressed my managers, no way seems there are tata’s employees.
It is matter of disgrace and shame to to tata croma has such managers, who put no sincere effort to address the issue seriously.
I would like to mention on 07 march 2019, three transaction were done on same card without any issue, why problem in tata croma. Store only.
Please enquire the matter, if you need any assistance from end while addressing the problem, i will expected all possible co-operation.
