On 01/06/2016, I bought a Samsung Refrigerator 321L (Invoice No.: SLF02A[protected] with additional 2 Yrs Warranty at Tata Croma Retailer Anna Nagar.
Unfortunately, the cooling performance of the refrigerator is poor. So I registered a service request on March 25th with Ref BOF250319EW00364, where I was advised by the customer care executive that the service engineer will reach within 3 working days and rectify the issue since it’s under the additional 2 Yrs warranty. But I haven’t received any response except the reference no. which I mentioned above. So I check again on March 28th (Ref BOF280319EW00239). This time they said the same story and added that they had set a remainder and priorities this. Still there was no proper response. With disappoint I checked again on March 13th and also April 3rd. In the last call the executive advised that issue will be rectified within 24 Hrs. But still I haven’t received any call or message regarding the Service till now.
Hardly the summer season has set in and we are feeling a great inconvenience with our refrigerator.
I look forward to your reply and a solution to my problem at the earliest.
