I purchase a LED Hitachi 4K SMART LD55HTS08U from croma store when i bought this product i have got all the deals while selling the guy also told me this LED is very good option to purchase also with warranty and all, . but after a month i am facing a problem in LED due to low processing while using Netflix or YouTube, then we call them for check and their is guy coming from hitachi who don't have any knowledge for a product that how to fix and he told my parents that issue resolved and software update. He's fixing the problem to call someone else and other guy guide him how to do it . Really disappointed on that time to hear that he doesn't have a Knowledge and he send from Croma for repair
Not only that after a 4 5 days problem is same low processing and Hang up starts in LED. then again i booked a complaint 2 times in croma Jalandhar store, i booked on your CSD department and they booked but no one coming after 2 times complaint .
In a covid times we not able to reached and also i hope no one is available in tis crucial situation times .
Now you guys can imagine how much times i switch on and take a feel of wow experience if their is plenty of problems in LED even though LED life better then plasma
2days back now LED Got blank only voice came and now huge line in their and also Patches are came, without any touching and neither used this LED .
I am cx of Croma since last few years but its a very disappointed and pathetic service, i am spending 50K value and worth nothing, i felt cheated and its just harsh, i think they just give me the box not a LED .
now i want to get it fixed this problem or replaced my product because this is not worth and non stratification for me . waiting for a positive response now (Billi's Picture also attached )
