I have recvieved hitachi inverter ac with tampered packaging on 24th may 2020 (Images enclosed).
The packaging was torned out and the cardboard was pulled apart. There was no seal, the packing was done by an ordinary tape which itself was torned at several places.
I was not accepting the order at the time of delivery, but the delivery person told me to raise complaint at customer care or email at customer care, then my return request will be raised.
After rigirous continuous follow up with the customer care, ac was picked up after 6 days. (That was too annoying and tested patience)
As per customer care, same model of ac was no more available in croma stock, i was assured of the refund within 3 days.
There is no notification on the process of my refund as of now even after 6 days. The customer care knows nothing. I did not even received any email/mesg from croma regarding the process of my refund.
Kindly help me to process my refund by today eod.
It already been 12 days i have been tortured. Service from croma is pathetic.
Kindly get my refund processed as soon as possible and try to help my issue.
Strick action to be taken against croma - cheating customers under section 415 & 420
