Hi team,
I bought a new hp laptop i3 generation 10 from croma store, janakpuri, new delhi-07 on 26/7/2020 for my office work.
It costed me approx rs. 44, 000/- including 2 year extended waranty sold to me by croma representative.
I paied rs. 15, 289/- as down payment and rest amount i got financed from bajaj finance.
On 27/7/2020 i used it for my office and it started giving issues likes slow performance,, blank scree, system hang, basic apps becomes unresponsive, overheating etc..
On 28/7/2020 i called hp customer care and they adviced me few basic trouble shooting steps which i performed and they assured me that laptop would start working fine now.
I used it for that day and the next day but same issues were coming and i was'nt able to work which hampered my days performance in office.
Next day i again called hp customer care and they transferred me to their level 2 technician who took remote of my laptop and performed troubleshooting and again ensured me that laptop will work completely fine..
But nothing improved and i faced same issues while working in next consecutive days..
On 1/8/2020 i decided to go to croma store to make a complaint and they suggested me to visit hp service center located in rajouri garden new delhi
And ask for assistance.
Same day i visited the hp service center and they submitted my laptop stating that they will check and troubleshoot the issue and will call me to pick up the laptop.
On 6/8/2020 i got a call from hp service center to pick up my laptop and i visited the center for pickup.
I asked the tech sandeep :what all troubleshooting have u followed, he stated the same steps which i had already performed with hp customer care.
I asked him what if this laptop again gives me same issue, he told me then u have to buy extended ram worth 5-6k to increase the performnace which i totally denied.
I went home used the product and obviously it gave me same issues which i faced earlier.
On 7/8/2020 i went to croma store again to return the product and get my refund,, they simply denied any assistance and said they will again send it to hp service center for troubleshooting.
I told them i have already spent so many days and time in all this i just dont need this laptop anymore as hp service center also denied me further support stating u have to purchase a new ram which i denied..
I spoke to croma service manager praveen pandey,, on phone he literally shouted at me saying that he cant do anything jusyt leave the laptop and he will get it checked.
At last i had to leave the product there and they said they will call me once they get revert from hp.
I request u to please provide me resolution for this complete harrasment i faced.
I need refund of my full amount which i have paid and a legal action against croma and hp especially the service manager of croma praveen pandey (Ph# [protected]) for harrasing and insulting me..
I am attaching all required documents for ur assistance.
I except a speedy reply and resolution from you.
