This is regarding the invoice# sla[protected] dated 17/10/2017 purchased from infinit limited trading as croma, vashi, navi mumbai.

The subject applaince is not working and after repeated follow up at the outlet and through customer care there is lack of support to resolve the problem.

As esteemed organization i am expecting chroma to be more customer centric and help to resolve the problem asap.

I handed over Lenevo Laptop for repair with Croma Baner, Pune on 17th August, 19. was told it will get handed over in 2/3 working days. Unfortunately despite calling their service centre there is update made available. This is poor response
