[Resolved]  Croma — samsung washing machine delivered with a big dent

We bought a samsung washing machine from juhu croma and they promised effective home delivery and we have recieved a defective washing machine with a dent. When we went to buy the same, they promised to deliver effectively and the time that is convenient for us but they did the opposite. They sent the person at an inconvenient time and he forced us to come and collect it. He left it outside our door and left and when the installing guy came and opened the piece, it had a huge dent.
