Croma — Sold defective product clearance stock

I purchased macbook pro 13 inch touch bar 256gb on 23 may.
In new days i start facing problem with keybord than i raised a complaint to apple support that time i come to know from apple web that this is an old model of macbook and they took same amount as of new model

I went to the store with product and tried to explain to store manager
Store manager is tell that is your problem that u didn’t asked for 2020 model you asked for only new model and we dont have 2020 model stock and our staff is not aware with new model we don’t have idea abou new model so we cant do any thing with your product...

I purchased on bajaj finance. I spent this much mony n i got old model becoz they were not aware with new 2020 model

Plzzz i need support for this fraud... They were clearing their old stocks
