Sir, I recently bought an lg 1.5 ton ac from croma.com with order number[protected] on 12th june, 2020. Though i cancelled the order on the same day of 12th june, they shipped the order next day 13th june evening. It had been 11 days. They have not refunded my money of 42, 990.
