[Resolved]  Croma — TV installation delayed

I have purchased TCL 55P8E UHD SMART ANDRD, Order No.[protected] on 12th August 20 and TV was delivered on 14 Aug 20. Today is 17 August still there is no communication for installation from Croma. I called Croma Helpline no 5 time and they don't have any information. Evey-time I am told that the request is forwarded to TCL. Croma is not taking any responsibility of installation. I have also requested for order cancellation if installation is too difficult . What is the use of spending money and book TV on priority?

Croma Customer Care's response As per the update received from concerned teams, the installation has been completed on 10/10/2020.
