Croma — Unacceptable Delay in Product Delivery by Croma No Resolution Provided

I purchased the product from Croma - Electronic City, Phase 1 1st Cross, Neeladri Rd, opposite Briyani Zone, Electronic City, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560100, on 9th March with a commitment that it would be delivered within 7 days. However, the product was not delivered by the promised date of 17th March. When I visited the store on the due date, I was informed that there were delivery issues and the delivery was postponed to 21st March.

Despite my repeated follow-ups via email and visiting the store, I have only received vague responses with no confirmed delivery date. I was provided multiple complaint reference numbers (C[protected] and C[protected] but no concrete resolution or update has been provided.
