Sub: unattended complain about refrigerator (Item code - 209467) purchased vide above invoice number.
Concerning the above-mentioned subject, i would like to state that we had purchased a refrigerator from nadiad, gujarat croma store (Pin 387001) vide above-mentioned invoice number on 8th may 2020 and installed on the same day.
On vary 2nd day of purchase: after getting it installed on vary the second day we found some cooling problem in the fridge and ;
On the 3rd day of purchase: we informed the same very next day to the store manager from which we purchased it.
On 4th day of purchase: he visited on the fourth day and he said we have overfill the fridge so it's not giving the desired cooling and after that, we also managed to clear some unnecessary stuff from the fridge after that we waited for two days to get the desired cooling but it failed,
On 7th day of purchase: we went to store and told your complain representative to register a complain (7th day of purchase) and he said complain already registered and assured us that the technician will come in 3 4 days but after waiting for 10 days (I. E. 17th day of purchase) nobody appeared,
On 17th day of purchase: then we again visited the representative (Not the same but a different one as the previous one wasn't available) and he said that no complaint about the said customer has been registered after checking online complain portal and then he said he is registering to complain now and he told us the complain registered and a technician will come in 4 days and we waited for 4 more days (21st day of purchase)
On 21st day of purchase: and when we inquired the same with your representative, he stated that he was informed by the technician that he has talked over the call and the customer denied the need of technician while in fact, we have never received such call from any technician that day. And after some strict argument from our side, then he assured us to send a technician on the next day ;
On 22nd day of purchase: and he appeared and he verified the fridge condition and cooling performance and freezer performance he informed over call to his superior about the replacement needed for the product. Even after the visit of the technician and his remarks about the replacement we have got no response from your store. And after this we were also facing new challenge in fridge pertaining to door of fridge which was not closing properly, we were facing issues with cooling and now it made us more panic as more than two-three problems are being faced by us in just 20 days.
On the 29th day of purchase: after a week we visited and inquired about the status of the same then we were informed that the time period for replacement has expired which was 15 days of purchase which we were not aware of. While as stated above we have visited your store after on 3rd day of purchase and on the 7th day of purchase (That time as stated above your representative told that complaint has been lodged by him which was denied by the other representative after 10 days).
So here my concern is why there are lots of fake promises for resolving the problem? And why this complaint still has not been resolved and we have to go to their places again and again? My concern is we trusted the brand croma and we bought it on with tata product name, but it failed us and we disappointed and in the future, we will think twice before buying a product from croma due to poor customer support department.
I have attached a bill photo and one of the issues of the fridge, as per manager of the store, this is not an issue, it's common in all the fridge : (
