I have raised a complaint for my croma 50 inch fire TV(under warranty) and its almost 15 days service guy came and changed mother board but still problem is same and I am calling area service manager(Srinivas-[protected]) from last 5 days he is not even picking the call and customer care people are picking and they're telli g wothin 1 hour I will get a call but no one called me Worst ever service provider I have seen I will not at all refer any of my contacts /friends to buy croma products Was this information helpful?
