Money was not refunded after waiting for 10 days for groceries

I am praktan dhaneshwar i was ordering groceries from D Mart online store as on 3rd January 2023 at 02.10 PM with the order ID[protected]

I have made the payment from the google pay with the UPI transaction ID[protected] with the amount of 6155 INR . But as on D Mart made the payment failure.

I was instantly contacted to D Mart customer support and D Mart support team told it will auto reflect in you account...

It was very unfortunete and repeatedly happening at DMart Velachery. Today (9 Jan 2023) I have visited Velachery store for some purchase for the worth of 2415/- at 5.35pm approx. Double payment deduction.

Poor behaviour

I had a visit in Amritsar Mart today and almost purchased for over 5000 but while billing billing person and store manager denied to bill amul butter more than 200gms.is this justified if avenue Mart is having shortage of butter than you people have mentioned on the counters, there are multiple options to shop these days boss.i left all my stuff there an exited and your people said it's ok it's your choice, was this worth saying.same will...

I have ordered on 17/11/2022 order no.82103730 from dmart app and got a slot of 12/11/2022 for delivery but till now didn't got my order delivered. I have tried several time to customer service but no answer. Can i know that will i be getting my order delivery or not... I just want to know the status of my order...

How to charged extra amount by dmart biller person . While same product are charged 63 rupees on same day, same time in single bill.and other are charged 73 rupees, mrp is there on 70 rupee's

Diff offer bord & price is different rate

I Gautam m suthar is regular costomer of dmart store in dobivali east.in 4 to 5 time in a week. It was 8 time I expirans on display counter different offers & bill is not in offer price. No body explan why this mistake & no body properly reply to me.
I request please sole this permanently.
So many costomer not check his bill & pay more than in offer prices.

On 15 October around 9:45 to 10:00 pm my mom had lost her mobile phone containing valuable data in her phone. My mother was selecting some bedsheets and unknowingly she placed her mobile phone on one of the bed sheets while selecting one. immediately after departing from that bedsheet corner my mother noticed she forgot her phone there but when she returned the phone was not there. There were no customers around that time there but only employees...

We have purchased 10 No's of SUVIDHA make Top N Top Containers from Dmart at Sanath Nagar store in Hyderabad for storing the cooking items in my kitchen.

After few months, the lids started breaking in all the sides and now we have containers but no lids on it. This is a very bad product and they don't print the contact numbers of their customer service dept. This mere cheating.
