I took the bus from Sector 11 (Noida Border), gave Rs. 10/- to the conductor (AC Bus), he said he want 20/-, is the charges upto Mayur Vihar Phase 3, I said the min. charges is Rs. 10/- and if it 10/- u give the ticket or return by money, i will get down. He didn't return back my money nor gave me ticket for the amount given. Then when so much argument he gave me ticket and asked me to get down from bus, and the amount of the ticket is over....

Bus number 542 starts from Seemapuri Depot and end on Hauz Khas/Malviya Nagar. There are no service now a days from Seemapuri Depot sometime they run the bus or sometime not. Its depend totally on their mood, after asking to the Depot Head, he said that now there is no root of 542, that is in the hand of Ambedkar Nagar Depot. I boarded bus no. 469 (Ambedkar Terminal) having registration no. 3951 from Shakarpur Crossing on 16/07/2013 at near about 08:50 pm. I paid Rs.5 to conductor for ticket, for Laxmi Nagar. He accepted the money and refused to provide me ticket and said no need of ticket, your stop is near. I asked for ticket many times but he totally refused.
Kindly check the matter and reply as soon as possible....
