I’ve not received the parcel but it shoes delivered on the portal it’s been 6 days and still I’ve not received it. It complained about it on the helpline number several times but still no response they just say give us 48hrs we’ll resolve. Still no response from their side.
I want my parcel on any basis.
Check the same and deliver it to me.

    I booked a COD order from Chennai to Hyderabad through Delhivery courier in an online website called Epickr, , however the courier reached Hyderabad on 14.05.2023 and thereafter there is no status update whatsoever.
    The most unfortunate thing is that there is no customer care support call centre for delhivery u can register a complaint through their website by raising a ticket and that too there are auto generated mails for which i[censored] reply they wont be noted.
    The company fails at every stage to tell us when the courier will reach the destination, i tried to get the local hub manager number through the booking agency in Chennai but he also wont respond, , finally its like throwing pebbles into the ocean hoping everyday that it would reach.
    Incase the courier gets lost in between nor the booking agency neither the courier company would take responsibility.
    Incase the product is insured only then we will get entire refund, , , that too for a 6000/-rs saree i need to pay insurance sum of 900/- even the travel insurance for airlines is way cheaper then this, , how much to charge the customer for a 6000/- rs saree i have already paid 400/- courier charge as it is a Cash on delivery order on top of that 900/- rs is a big sum to be paid.
    However, the sole responsibility of the courier company is to deliver the parcel on time, , , but to see to that they deliver why should we insure the courier with such a huge amount, , , if the arent sure of delivering the product then why run a logistics company at all.

      I couriered my mom's medical documents from the Coimbatore location to the insurance company in Bangalore on May 3rd. Still, the shipment is in transit. TRACKING ID:[protected]. it is an important document and has to reach there this week. I tried contacting the pickup agent and they told me they have sent the courier it is on hold in Bangalore but they don't have any other updates or contact number. This is a very urgent document that needs to reach there on time.

          Shipping Address : Same as billing address.

          they sent delivery On Delhivery but they people not attempted to deliver and marked as a delivery completed on May 15th, but i dint received any parcel from delhivery,

            This company is the biggest scam of India. They are providing third quality products. They don't have customer care team. You can't return your product if you got any damaged or wrong product.. they are just making fool.. I am going to complaint in consumer forum against them... They don't have any customer support team, where we have to contact them for any return issue... Third quality delivery company.

              The flipkart health plus supplier shipped medicines with the worst possible company ever DELHIVERY. Waybill: [protected], Flipkart health plus order no: [protected]

              They simply never attempt delivery and say could not be delivered because the receiver was not available, where as receiver never received any call for all 4 days, 4 attempts from 12th May to 15th May 2023.
              Gave alternate phone number, neighbor option under tracking several times, raised more than 10 concerns in 4 days with Delhivery, no use. No response from Delhivery.
              Also asked for final branch contact number so we could ourselves call and ask the issue with delivery. No response for anything at all.

              Got so tired and frustrated and contacted flipkart helath plus and they themselves did nothing other than loose talks of taking complaint, raising issue etc. Upto date no resolution. I am requesting for refund and that is also not happening. Suggest to never use Delhivery as courier services which has pathetic services and customer care.

                    My delhivery parcel no- Re: AWB [protected] it's not delivered but it's showing it's delivered in the tracking status. I have contacted customer care also but no response from them either. The parcel was in the nearest hub for 4 days when i called the office they said the package is now missing from their side they will resolve it. But on may 6th i got a message it was out of delivery i thought the product was coming but after some time it showed as delivered. After that they are not responding to my queries and complaints please solve this problem

                      I ordered Motorola G73 through Motorola India website on may 10th 2023. (Order #[protected] And it is getting delivered via their deliver partners 'Delhivery'. They stated in their update that it will be delivered on 12th May evening and it was written that delivery executive is out for delivery, but they postponed it to 13th may giving a vague reason that I refused the order ( I didn't even got a call for the same ). On 13th they shifted my order to 14th. On checking today they have shifted date to tomorrow i.e. 15th of May without any prior notice.

                      NOW THIS IS REALLY GETTING ON MY NERVES.

                      Also I can't contact them either because they were given the parcel by Motorola and when I try to contact on their number it says contact through registered mobile number ( which ofcourse belongs to Motorola )

                      I tried to contact them on twitter through direct message where they replied that they will resolve it and give priority to my order. What they did in the name of of priority is shifting the dates repeatedly. This is really upsetting. I wonder how are they still able to run a business with such pathetic service and reviews averaging not more than 1.5 stars out of 5.

                      Please help me. I am really in need of a new phone as I have already sold my old phone and without it I am facing a lot of difficulties in day to day tasks ( I am a student ).

                        MY AWB[protected] is delayed by delivery every day the tracking shows it will be delivered in next day it contains a very expensive item in my. courier if they lose it who will compensate for it if they don't deliver asap I will file a case with consumer court

                          I have ordered one dress in E-Commerce site. They were send my package through delhivery courier service. They sent my package 8th may but still i didn't receive my package. Daily the status of delivery is updated to the next day but no proper status is provided. The delhivery courier holding my package more than 5 days in a same hub. I don't know why the are holding my package. I try to reach them but no response. they also don't call me to tell me the reason. I don't know how to get my package.

                              I had shipped a black bag along with a couple more bags and a carton box from Bangalore to Hyderabad. It happened sometime end of March. All the materials have been received except for the black bag, Instead i got a white carton. I filed a ticket saying i got the wrong bag delivered. But there hasn't been any response from the team and it's been close to 1.5 months now. I have sent the video and images of the item i have received as requested, but they didn't bother with it at all.

                                My package that was supposed to arrive on 2nd May is late by a weeks time, the customer support experience is absolutely maddening as it feels like im talking to a wall, there is not specified date as to when the package will arrive, they just keep increasing the date as they like.                                   Currently not coming for pick up in my area Upperpally Hyderabad..And also last time, the delhivery courier agent didn't pick up the package due to delay in pickup, which caused the pickup to be cancelled.
                                  Kindly request you to please solve my issue to be picked up by delhivery courier as soon as possible.

                                    Hi, I had raised a request for pick up on 3rd may, and made a payment of Rs. 1084 . The payment was processed and confirmed by my bank but the same was not acknowledged by this fraud company. Neither my request was raised for pick up nor my money has yet been refunded. There customer service is way far pathetic. No one knows anything and they don't reply either.

                                      Hi,
                                      [protected] is the AWB number for my parcel. It is currently at Hyderabad Delivery Facility, It is just matter of hours to deliver the product from Hyderabad to my home address. The parcel reached Hyderabad on 5th March, 23 7:50 PM. The parcel is not moving at all from there and they are not responding to any tickets and they don't have customer care. It is very disappointed service from Delhivery. Could you please help me to get the parcel as soon as possible.
