Your company is completely FARUD YOU ARE DISTORTING YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS. I PROVIDED THEM ALL PROOFS AND THEY REJECTED ALL CLAIMS AND ALSO FOR TEMPERED SHIPMENTS. Why delhivery i trusted you most but why i m not able to process that i lost 25000 5 packets by your company.

I have shared all videos to shiprocket but i know how they have presented the case if possible please connect me directly.

A pathetic and worst experience with Delhivery and their app is really useless. I had booked an Express shipment from Bangalore to Mumbai by paying the additional amount with the orignal date of delivery to be 1st Apr'23 and its been 7 days past that the package has still not been delivered. Everytime you open the app to check for the delivery status, the delivery date is pushed by 1 day. I even tried raising a complaint on the app but didn't...

Booked my parcel 16 days before, not yet received from Thane to Bangalore. Raised so many complaints, none aare responded with. Tracking shows the next day it' ll b delivered, thrice they had postponed, 5th April 7th April n 8 th April. I don't have any phone number so I can call them, n u don't knoew from where I can personally go n collect the courier my self. Atleast they can have a proper phone number, my parcel number is[protected]...

Refund for my payment
On 16th March 2023 I've paid Rs. 137.50 twice via UPI to delhiverypvtltd.[protected]@ici to ship my packet. but both payment failed and amount deducted from account. but the third time I had to make it again using card and the payment was successful. In other words, I was debited thrice. Please provide refund for my two payment to Delhivery Private Limited ₹275....

I’ve ordered heart related medicine from filpkart health plus with the order id: [protected] and then the delivery agent tried to deliver it one day before the expected date of delivery when i was not at home therefore i asked the delivery boy to deliver it on second day because these medicines are required very much but he did not came to deliver medicines inspite of my request to him. Tracking ID/AWB - [protected], was supposed to receive the shipment for a T-shirt delivery from DHEER FRANCHISE from Delhivery courier service but the shipment was not delivered for some reason, now I am unable to track the shipment from Delhivery's website and there is no contact information available for me to reach out to them. I am raising a complaint here in the hope that it gets resolved quickly....

My order [protected] has been delayed, the estimated delivery date was shown as 02/04/2023, the parcel had reached my city 1 day prior to the delivery date, so i was expecting it on 02/04/2023.
Now their website updates the delivery to be done by 03/04/2023, I have no idea if they're gonna deliver it as promised, I wouldn't mind the delay if I haven't had an emergency. Even tho the parcel has reached the nearest hub they aren't...

I made two transactions through GooglePay to Delhivery of Rs. 463 on 14th March 2023 at 05:54 pm and 05:56 pm respectively from my Delhivery account linked with phone number [protected]. I placed an order for samsung TV on 29 march 2023, it reached bangalore hoskote delivery Centre on[protected] at morning 10 AM, It showed that delivery will be done on 1st April, I checked the delhivery order status on 1 st april it started showing that order is delayed and now it will be delivered on 2nd of April. They don't have a dedicated customer care support number to whom we can contact, also they don't provide delivery guys number.
My shipment from Samsung is stuck at destination location from more than one week and their system tracking gives lame status like putting in bag and taking out. Not a single call made to end user to enquire about address but in system they will enter address not reachable....

I had booked a parcel (AWB No[protected] for Ludhaina on[protected] from Gurgaon with DELHIVERY they people don't have any customer support number no response from their website, my parcel is delivered on[protected] after 20 days so my humble request to all people not to deal with such kind of irresponsible company....
