Late delivery by the courier company named delhivery.. Last time also I faced same problem

Parcel with AWB no. 1167555671301 not delivered

My order with AWB no.[protected]
is put to HOLD from past 5 days. No further update since then. No customer care number to reach out. Fake numbers are floated on net to fool customers by taking OTP.

Pls help me with below:
1) Delivery of my parcel.
2) Strict action against frauds who are fooling customers by obtaining OTP for providing tracking status....

They lost my parcel

I shipped one parcel 6 march after that there is no any update. The delevery date was getting change every 2 days and it's getting delayed. Custom care stop responding to my mail so I decided to complain here about this incident. Today they respond me that they lost my parcel and make that issue resolved. What the hell they are doing. Is it joke for them? Which kind of services they are providing. Bloody fraud....

On hold: destination unable to receive

My package has been delayed 1 week. It is in my city’s delhivery hub but they are not able to deliver it. It says destination unable to receive. Everyday the delivery date changes to the next day. They are not replying to the ticket also....

No one come to my office for picked up shipments last 4 days

My Order Tracking Id is AWB[protected]. Order is not picked up since 23rd March, 2023. Nobody came to pickup order. Instead I'm getting false messages from delhivery on daily basis. I'm fed up writing them multiple times on their website or through email. I'm unable to cancel the order as well...

Delhivery and not responding lost my courier

It's high time now.I am not getting proper information from there side. It should be delever by 12 March it self. But now it's 27 and no any update. I really don't know what they people did with my parcel. I am really worried about it.its really important for me. They are not taking things seriously or they are fraud. Helpless.. It's showing that it's still in Kanpur. How can its possible. I just want that to take a big action against this...

Order is not picked up from last 4 days

No contact no. is reachable. I wrote multiple complaints through their websites and also wrote the mail. No action is taken so far. Please cancel my order and refund...

Order did not delivered

I am unble to express my grief

I have ordered purse from chiselmallet bangalore and they choose to deliver it through delhivery partner. Seller and my self both stay in bangalore (10 km ) distance and its been 10 days i have not got any staus my seller complaint and asked delhivery to return the o seller. Its been 2 days even parcel is not sent to seller.

Worst support ever item missing nobody is even available to talk or report with

I have raised a request for finding missing item from delivered parcels but no action is being taken on the ticket. Could someone please share any email id or contact number to reach out to anyone who could help me in resolution from delhivery team... its been 20 days since item got delivered. At source we checked the video and they have sent the parcel.

Just to add that i have insured my product and this is laughable to even...

Product picked up but pickup cancelled

Sir [protected] is the contact no. of courier agent who pickup my product my tracking id [protected] . The product was picked up from me on 20th March at 04:15 PM approximately but on that day pickup status showing incomplete after that day my pickup was cancelled how it possible once pickup already done on 20th March them how it will cancelled on 21st March. I rise a ticket on my problem on same date 20th March but you guys doesn't...

Delay in delivery - 24.03.2023

ordered an item on 14th march and they sent it via Delhivery on 16th march. The expected delivery date was 21st march in the tracking site. The item arrived on the neatest hub on 21st itself. But the expected delivery date changed to 22nd. On 22nd, they changed to 23rd and now it is showing 24th. I ordered the product to use for a function, but due to this delay i couldn't use it and had to purchase...

Welcome kit from my company RBS service

My company has provided me a welcome kit it consist pen diary mug sipper and mobile stand and this shipment was going to take on 15th march and on the app of delhivery its saying it has been delivered but i haven't receive my shipment its been more than 5 6 days and i have raised more than 4 tickets but they are just delaying more and more and there are no actions taken by the team of delhivery. and now i want to raise a complaint against...

I used AWB#[protected] to get a package from Raipur to Bangalore. Unfortunately only 1 part of parcel came and other one is still missing.

I was pushed to give OTP during part delivery of the parcel and delivery guy mentioned...
