Not delivering product to my customer

My customer didn't got the parcel...I ordered products for the same customer... But she didn't got the product... The the delivery agent didn't call her for delivery... But always got the message that she refuse the delivery or delivery to be re attempted

Delivering products of scammers and fraudulent companies

AWB[protected]

This shipment was done by Car Breakdown and Roadside Assistance Service. The seller has not provided any address on the shipment and Delhivery has collected a Cash of Rs. 3500. I tried to call Delhivery to stop this payment from being passed on to the Vendor as it is a fraud Company that is selling its products on the name of Hyundai.

Delhivery should not accept shipments from vendors and businesses...

Complaint for AWB 394418925790

FedEx has released by shipment by MOP of COD. I paid the amount on FedEx website after that I had contacted FedEx twice for it and they have updated Delhivery twice regarding the same.
Still Delhivery shows parcel status as COD.
What makes situation more worse is that they have no way of contacting them. The number mentioned on their own website is not valid.
Pathetic company!...

Their own website doesn't have a valid phone number to call them. They have mentioned [protected] as contact number which is an invalid number.
They have my parcel through FedEx. FedEx have updated them with MOP of prepaid. But they are still showing it as COD. Hence, I'm not able to receive my parcel.
I've already paid to FedEx and called FedEx twice regarding this issue. But this crappy company (Delhivery)...

Product not delivering to me

The delivery boy didn't deliver products that I ordered... We always collecting parcel from Delhivery office... Always receiving message that i am not available for receiving parcel...but he didn't call me for delibery...Please kindly change delivery boys he is not willing to deliver products to customers... Very bad experience...

Delivery boy took Payment against Prepaid Parcel

Address: 234, phase - 4, sector - 57, HSIIDC KUNDLI HARYANA

Dear Sir,

One of my client sent me a sample via Delhivery on prepaid basis but delhivery delivery boy took 999 from me. When i checked the parcel physically i found it was prepaid. My delhivery tracking ID[protected]

I have payment slip because the scammer took online payment. Kindly make my money refunded....

My Parcel is Delayed

I have not received any updates on my shipment since Feb 18th. It's been more than 10 days, and it's still in the same place. The estimated delivery date keeps changing to the next day. I submitted a ticket, but they didn't help much. I want it delivered urgently.

Delayed to pick up

I requested to ship a package through Delhivery AWBN: so on so

On February 25, 2023, it was supposed to be picked up, but it wasn't, and

It is rescheduled for February 27. Still no one has arrived from Delhivery, and there has been no contact from the pick-up; the current status is pickup not attempted.

Delhivery shipment did not delivered my parcel

My order was going to come on 21st
February but they didn't delivered my ordered and when i checked on their app it showed receiver cancelled or refused order
. I didn't even get a call from delhivery and they marked the status by themselves that i refused it. It is a complete fraud and it's really urgent for me. Please help me with my order. I don't want to see the delivery date keeps on...

Fraud behaviour with Misleading information from Delhivery Team

After seller confirmed the prepaid order for address, they shipped the item via Delhivery on 11th Feb, the item arrived to Bangalore on 17th Feb itself
Now, from 17th feb to till date there is no update from Delhivery team about my package.
Its a harassment that even after repeatedly informing Delhivery team frequently and raising question, they just keep on changing the dates as per their wish without even confirming with me...

Pathetic customer support

My AWB is[protected] and it is lying on final delivery center for last 2 days and they are not delivering such a waste company customer doesnt have any phone number to contact, Only option is to raise ticket which they reply after 48 hrs...

Product delivery is not received

I ordered a product on meesho and it's expected delivery as on 21st February 2023. Today is 23 rd February and while tracking the estimated delivery date is on tomorrow.. the product is arrived on 15 th February at coimbatore delhivery centre and it's been 8 days that the product is not shipped to Thrissur.. it's take only one night or one day travel to arrive the product from coimbatore to Thrissur.. very bad service from the side of delhivery...
