Unethical behavior from Delivery executive

My order was supposed to be delivered by 25th November. I'm getting frequent messages (3 times) stating that the Ecom executive is out for delivery. Then, he would give me a missed call and as soon as I try to answer the phone, its disconnected.
I think his intention is not to deliver the product and giving the reason as "Customer not available"

The flipkart order id is awb: [protected]...

My prepaid order not delivered but delivery not update its delivery

Regarding delivery of package

I ordered an earphone from paytm and it came through ecom express and their delivery date is 26 November 2020 and it shows product is delivered to me at 26 November at 10 am but until now i don't get my product. Executive which carry my parcel is Lalit Kumar ([protected]). My order number is [protected] and AWB no. Is [protected]. It shows how you doing fraud with your customers. Please don't believe in those such fraud sites. They took online...

Product not delivered and got the message that product delivered

We have a order that needs to be delivered through ecom express with the tracking id [protected] has not delivered but got msg that it is delivered. As it is a prepaid order it ll be a loss for us. Hoping for best to get my product back...

Non delivery of the product/ parcel at home.

AwB [protected] though received by the local agent on 25 th Nov, 2020.when contacted with PIN was refused to deliver the article at home address, instead insisted to collect the same from Office.when a good number of customers reached the office, it was found to be closed, When the a customer managed to get the phone number of the delivery boy/ staff and contacted him over phone, he reached the spot after lapse of at least one hour and misbehaved...

Delivery issue, not delivered after 15 days

Hi, i ordered a product from flipkart on 10th Nov. Delivery was supposed to happen on 21 nov and not deliverd yet . Costmer care not doing anything. The ecom express services is very poor . The parcel is in transit last 11 days . Dont know why you guys not delivering it .

Wrong courier delivery

Fraud of 999 rupees done with me by abhi enterprises gohana, haryana
he choose shipment for cod method and not share his number.

i ordered shoes through Instagram id (fashionn_clip) but the seller has done fraud to me by providing wrong product.

he has not given bill in the parcel.
he delievers courier through (ecom express private limited) with Awb no - [protected]

Very bad delivery service

My part of order no. [protected] is still pending 4 days back they sent msg of order out for delivery after sometime they text my address is unrechable. How's this possible? They themself delivered so many orders in past 2 years in same address. Every time your service is like this. Need complete management change in kurseong site....

Not able to contact

My parcel is held at vadakara hub since 3 days. I got a call ystda. Unfortunatly couldnt attend. But i am unable to call them back. It is a computer initiated call. And when i entered the pin, they say it is wrong. I want my parcel to be deliverd ASAP....

Products are delayed and lost
