My name is karuna pillai. Karuna17. [protected]@gmail.com is the registered mail id i use to login my flipkart account. I had made a booking with flipkart travel on the 21st oct 2019 for a flight ticket from trivandrum to kochi for 2 passengers and the booking did not happen and the payment of 8179 rupees got deducted from my account the transaction id for the payment deducted is s81834409.

I had ordered an item from flipkart fir 449 rs and then i returned it by 23 may. According to flipkart they processed my refund and it was done to my upi linked account by 29 may. Order id - od[protected], on.20.05.2020 i had ordered sparx shoes and to my horrendous experience what is recieved from. Flipkart is a pair of worn out dirty slippers packed in a sparx brand box.
