I placed an order amounting 3918 (2×1959) of as it is whey protein 2 kg (2 in quantity) on 1st june. On 3 june when wishmaster came to deliver, i asked him to swipe the card, but he was not having swipe machine, then i asked him to wait for 10 mins so that i can arrange the cash for the same, but he was too unsupportive to wait, in 4-5 mins or so he started saying that he cannot wait, i asked him to reattempt then, he went & placed the cancellation request. When flipkart called me to confirm whether i want to cancel, i said "no, i didn't asked him to cancel at all". I was then assured of reattempt. On 4th june, i contacted the support as no reattempt was made, they assured me that ur order will be delivered by 8 june as there is some unexpected delay, on contacting support on 8 june, they asked to wait till 9 june stating that on 9 june it will surely reach me, when i contacted on 9 & filed a complaint against flipkart on consumer forum, they reverted back stating issue will be resolved by 11 june. On 10 june ie today, when i woke up, i saw the status of my order stating "as per ur request ur order is being cancelled".
I mean is it a joke, in these 10 days i contacted support almost 8-9 times to ask the whereabouts of my order.
Issues:
1. Behavior of wishmaster very unsupportive, refused to wait & placed cancellation without my approval. Action should be taken
2. Flipkart support was providing dates only 4th june, 8th june, 9th june, 11 june.
3. When today support transfered the matter to senior authority, they too had nothing to say except sorry.
4. Why should i reorder as i waited for that order from 10 days, never asked for cancellation. & if there is no option other than reordering, i should be provided the items in same price as i ordered on 1st june, it is costing me 600 rs more now.
5. I will surely take this matter to consumer court, if not resolved as if flipkart do this to a flipkart plus member. I have ordered for about[protected] rs in last 2 months only, still if i am facing these issues it is a matter of concern.
