    I am rohan singh i have ordered a laptop for rupees 56400 on 7th june 2020 which endup showing bank error but 50000 amount was deducted from my account on 8 th june 2020. Order is cancelled but my money didn't refund. Payment was through othpg 101627 flipkart [protected]. Please refund my amount.

      Dear sir,

      I have been purchase dell laptop on 24th may 2020, and my order no is od[protected], invoice no - # fadzxf[protected] and i pay through credit card.

      I have been received same delivery on 31st may 2020 and when open laptop and checked i have seen the laptop battery is not take charge. Then after i complain for same on 1st jun 2020 and give replace request. Then after i have received information the technical person visit on 8th jun 2020 and he approved return request then after i received my new laptop. Today is 11th jun 2020 still technical assistant not visit. For this i complain on phone [protected] to flipkart for technical assistant visit they give me many different time for technician visit but no one come for that.. Yesterday i have been received call and the persone said we not come for visit but give online resolution they give me mail and i try same steps suggested in email. But after that my laptop battery not take charge.

      Sir today after 18 day i have not been received my proper product when i give money in advance.

      Kindly exchange my dell laptop as early as possible.

        I ordered a tv on may 22nd. Tv got delivered on 26th. Technician came on 30th may to install. Tv was damaged, he marked a replacement, since then i am waiting to have either replacement or refund. But no body is giving me right resolution. It been 20 days. My 25000 is stuck in this tough times. Please help me out. I understand things are delayed due to covid situation but even flipkart is offering faster services in original shipment. I expect a 4-5 days but a straight 10 days is a way too long wait. I waited but still no resolution. Pick up date night was 9th june. Now i don’t know will they bring the replacement product along while coming to pick up the damaged one. Please need some clarity and quicker services.

I' m calling for 2 months to get stuff back, but there 's no problem going on, and the executives are not providing the right information. I' m lying every day. Please treat this.

              I would like to raise compaint on flipkart on my recent order which is headphones. I received headphone on 2nd june and after listening to it i was not satisfied with performance and want to return it and claim refund. But flipkart associated one technical visit from jeeves where one person visited home and took picks of the product. He tested it and he only decided it is working fine and simply rejected my refund. I told him performance is very bad and that guy didn't had any testing kit itself and he simple tested headphones by connecting to my phone and listening one song and finally said it is fine. What the ### testing is that ? These jeeves service and flipkart guys are simply playing with people and return policy is worst compared to other online platforms example Amazon. I would request to file a complaint against flipkart and refund my amount as soon as possible as i have packed the product with out missing single tag. Attached order images

                I have ordered a treadmil on "mar 14" and received a "dead on arrival" machine and i have filed return request immediately, but they delayed in response by 3 days and then told to wait for 3 more days. Finally they said return request is approved and due to covid lockdown, they will take it after lockdown.
                But after lockdlown when i have reopened the request, they told it will be taken in one week or so for 4 times multiple times.

                Finally to my surprise, they are telling since it has already crossed return time, they won't be able to take it back. What is planned cheating strategy which was never expected from a brand like this?

                  They said that they have refunded my money to the bank account on 26 may but till now the money hasnt been credited to my account. The flipkart team told me to file a complaint on sbi complaint support where the bank asked me for the reference number but the reference number flipkart provided me was shown invalid. I am requesting a call from them but they arent calling me after that. I have even emailed them but i got no response. I purshed the phone on 13 may and cancelled it that day. I had paid them using my sbi debit card. Flipkart is not responding now. It was totally a wrong decision to trust them.

                    OD[protected]. the delivery date was 26th May and days of postponing the delivery till 10th June, they just cancelled. I did not even say yes to be refunded and they just did.

                          I placed an order amounting 3918 (2×1959) of as it is whey protein 2 kg (2 in quantity) on 1st june. On 3 june when wishmaster came to deliver, i asked him to swipe the card, but he was not having swipe machine, then i asked him to wait for 10 mins so that i can arrange the cash for the same, but he was too unsupportive to wait, in 4-5 mins or so he started saying that he cannot wait, i asked him to reattempt then, he went & placed the cancellation request. When flipkart called me to confirm whether i want to cancel, i said "no, i didn't asked him to cancel at all". I was then assured of reattempt. On 4th june, i contacted the support as no reattempt was made, they assured me that ur order will be delivered by 8 june as there is some unexpected delay, on contacting support on 8 june, they asked to wait till 9 june stating that on 9 june it will surely reach me, when i contacted on 9 & filed a complaint against flipkart on consumer forum, they reverted back stating issue will be resolved by 11 june. On 10 june ie today, when i woke up, i saw the status of my order stating "as per ur request ur order is being cancelled".

                          I mean is it a joke, in these 10 days i contacted support almost 8-9 times to ask the whereabouts of my order.

                          Issues:
                          1. Behavior of wishmaster very unsupportive, refused to wait & placed cancellation without my approval. Action should be taken
                          2. Flipkart support was providing dates only 4th june, 8th june, 9th june, 11 june.
                          3. When today support transfered the matter to senior authority, they too had nothing to say except sorry.
                          4. Why should i reorder as i waited for that order from 10 days, never asked for cancellation. & if there is no option other than reordering, i should be provided the items in same price as i ordered on 1st june, it is costing me 600 rs more now.
                          5. I will surely take this matter to consumer court, if not resolved as if flipkart do this to a flipkart plus member. I have ordered for about[protected] rs in last 2 months only, still if i am facing these issues it is a matter of concern.

                              I ordered a 3 seater sofa (seller: Home edge) from flipkart. I received a message in the afternoon on the day of scheduled delivery that the order was delivered with a feedback link. When I went to the orders to check the details, they had updated it that the order was delivered at 11:59PM.
                              This is totally fake because no logistics would deliver the products midnight.
                              The item is worth Rs 13, 999. I am scammed by Flipkart. I also received a feedback message for installation. When I called them, they said installation is done. I asked my name and address, they had no idea. Even the installation team is fake.

                              This is one way of looting money from the customers. If anyone planning to buy expensive things online, please think twice. Flipkart, Amazon every website will promote fake sellers without proper verification and cheat the customers

                                My name is pardeep kumar and my email id registered on flipkart is suthar. [protected]@gmail.com, and my i am facing problem with my product "arrow sport solid single breasted casual men blazer" and order id is od[protected].
                                Now i will explain whole story with returning this product.
                                This product was delivered to me on 18th march 2020. And it comes with 10 days return policy. And after 5 days of delivery i filed a return request because size was not fit to me. But due to covid19 pandemic courier partner did not pick up my courier. And when courier service starts again they called my after one month. And i said its fine and you can pick up this now. But courier partner never came to receive this. And suddenly on may 08, 2020 my return request cancelled without my consent. Neither flipkart nor courier partner ask me for cancelling my request. But they just did it. And then i try to contact on flipkart helpline[protected] but i always get a reply from robot that no one of agent is available for talking with you. And after some days when i realize that i should contact them by some other method then i start searching and on may 27, 2020 i write a msg from flipkart app's "help centre" and i requested them for pick up my product. They reply to me that now 10 days police has been over we can't arrange a pick up for this product. Then i try to explain that this was not my fault but they never try to understand and reply me same response 4 times. I get frustrated there. Then on 9 june i find a hidden option in the app for "call back". And then i requested call back and i talked to flipkart agents over phone 4 times but they all repeat same reply that they can't pick up the product.
                                Now i wanna to mention some key points.
                                1. I didn't violet the rule or police of flipkart as i request a return request within the period of 10 days.
                                2. I never said to courier partner that i wanna to cancel this return request.
                                3. I was always available when courier partner call me for pick up the product.
                                4. I never received any email or call from flipkart before cancelling my return request.
                                5. This was the policy of flipkart and their responsibility to pick up the product and refund my money.

                                Desirable solution :
                                I wants my refund as soon as possible.

                                    We have orders a refrigerator on march and it got delivered on march 20, and installation guy has approached us to install the fridge but he found the refrigerator is a defective piece so we have put return/replacement on the same day. Because of covid it got delay to process our request, and now the order has been cancelled without intimating the reason. So we requested to return the money or replace a product by contacting flipkart from 10 days, no action has been taken.

                                        I have purchased 3 sarees on flipkart od no. Od[protected] dated 04.06.2020. The invoice no. Fadygk[protected] dated 04.06.2020 by kashvi sarees, banglore. The parcel was received yesterday 09.06.2020 from ekartl by his id fmpc [protected].in the parcel 1 (One) saree blue is defective the thread of saree is leave from saree (Bursts) to one side.
