order returned and payment not refunded and order not showing in my order

I ordered a bajaj majesty mx3 1250 w steam iron for 1049 with cash on delivery feature i received the order but did not like did so i appiled for returning the order and the flipkart person came and took the back but since then i have not got my refund and now the order is also not showing in my orders. I have no clue as to what happened to my order and my refund. Please help....

dead product received - gemei gm professional hair cutting machine

I received a dead product from flipkart, the trimmer neither charges after keeping on charge for 5 hours nor it trims even when put on power. Its totally useless, i reported the issue on next day of delivery but the product has neither been replaced nor the amount refunded.

After talking to customer support flipkart says that product has no return policy, but this policy is totally one sided. This should be applicable only...

Flipkart delivery the mobile on 26th may, there was some software issue that's why i raised a replacement request, but flipkart is not helping with proper resolution, everytime they call and after 5 minutes they disconnect the call without solving the issue.
