I have purchased hitachi ac 1.5 ton and after two days technician had came for installation and started installing the ac during installation he just broke swing plate of indoor unit and he told me that copper pipes has two number of holes.

So i applied for return of my product. Flipkart promised me that on or before 18th may the technician from flipkart will come to check your ac whether it is damaged or not?
But no...

I ordered a tv on 22 march 2020, i didn’t received yet. I raised a lot complains. They are changing dates continuously. They have called me and disconnected the call many times as their wish. I didn’t get any valid resolution from flipkart. I can’t wait more. Now i can see the estimated timing is 30jun. I can see that a customer has no value to flipkart. It reached motherhub_snk on april 11, 2020. Since then no update on delivery. Expected delivery date was may 15 2020 which is already passed. Called flipkart customer care several times but no proper action action has been taken. Even the item price has increased. So, i will be at loss if i cancel and reorder the item. I ordered my product on 21 march 2020 but still i havent recieve my product yet if you don't want to delivery my product then please us so we can't wait for that, if my product will not deliver within 8 days then i am going to file a complaint against flipkart and truenet commerce, because too many expected date given to customer but still we didn't recieve our product, try to deliver our product within 8 days....

I had ordered a watch from flipkart then i returned the product and created a return request but it has been much than 2 months but till now i didn't got my refund amount on my account
Whenever i contacted with flipkart customer care they told me that they have completed my refund and processed refund amount to my bank account
But i didn't got my refund amount...

I had returned the item which i ordered from flipkart and then i also created a refund request then i got a message from flipkart that they have completed the my refund but it is over than 2 month but still i didn't got my refund money back
I have tried and contacted to them again and again but they are saying that they have completed the refund
I had contact to my bank also but they told me that flipkart has not refunded any...

Flipkart information to me We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

But I cancelled only two products... without any intimation Flipkart going to block customers account... without any intimation is not right process to block...

I have ordered lg g7+ thinq during sales on march 21, 2020. The order did not ship until may 4th 2020. I have heard the news that the local authorities have permitted to deliver the pending online orders and my friends in my locality have received the orders they have placed.
