Food Panda — order delivery and not coming yet

Hello foodpanda
I ordered the biryani on[protected] on 12:26pm but still i didn't get any delievery. Even o track the ordered also but it showing the chef is preparing from last 2hrs. I contacted with chat team also they told me we will check and let u know but still they are not find the issue. I did the payment also.
Now i don't want my delievery kindly refund my money.

I order my pizza from MS KITCHEN through food panda and it is not delivered and shown it delivered.my payment also deducted from account GUZZ DOMT BUY ANY THING FROM THIS COMPANY .. CUSTOMER CARE IS ASLO NOT SUPPORTIVE

I ordered my food around 12:45...its been 4 hours no food at my place delivered...no supporting staff..no help..nothing ..they take customer for granted

Since three days foodpanda is saying we have completed your refund but till now i did not get any refund. Many people are facing this problem. Food panda is cheating people. Licence should be cancelled
