Food Panda — payments are taken and refund happens after 7 days

I have six to seven orders which got cancelled and unfulfilled by food panda but every time i had a payments which has gone through and even i have all the snapshots of the customer support which i very rude and no responsive

They dont have a contact number being in the service industry and the support chat is too irresposive to reply

Food panda is the worst app ever and people should not use it as they dont fulfil your order

I was ordered one product before 10 days but it was canceled and my money was not refunded till now. Support system is also not responding towards my order. Make sure my money will refund.
