Foodpanda — payment made for food but did not receive order

I ordered from Foodpanda about 3hours ago, but have still not received my food order. There ia no contact or support number in the app to trach your order. It just shows "some issue with your order".
Online numbers and email addresses are fruitless as well. I have already paid for my order! There is no way to complain for a refund too!

I checked with the restaurant that i ordered from, it confirmed that the food is ready however the Foodpanda delivery boy has not come to take the food.

Then I learnt on YouTube that Foodpanda delivery boys have called in a strike and not delivering orders after accepting them. Now my money is gone and i did not receive the food. In such a situation why is the app still accepting orders? Unaware users are being harrassed for food orders and money refunds!

This is least expected from a reputed company like Foodpanda!
