refund stuck with foodpanda, after they cancelled the order

I ordered from foodpanda on 7th oct, 18 and paid online via paytm. After they received the order it got auto-cancelled immediately stating that restaurant wasn't servicable. I connected their service/ customer executive who stated that within 7-10 working days i'll get the refund.

It's been 10days now. Still haven't received the refund. I am afraid that i might...

order not confirmed even after 2 hours

Yesterday (16th oct 2018) at 9 o clock me and my friend ordered food on food panda. Payment was done and we were waiting for the confirmation from the hotel. But after an hour still status was "waiting for hotel confirmation" so we canceled that order and reorder from another restaurant. But again till 1-hour same issue happened.

Finally, we canceled that also, uninstalled food panda app and went out to have dinner....

order cancellation /refund problem

From last 10 days you disappointed me, at least you cancel my 6 orders that is fine but after that you said you money will be transfer in 7 days or 10 working days, as i am waiting from last 15 days i didn't get my money... So please refund my money as soon as possible,, if you can't fulfill my words then i will take an action regarding my refund and i have the proof also......

I send so many emails to foodpanda after so many days they replied my money got debited in my account, afterwards i send my bank statement, but foods panda people are repeating same thing they debited my money but i said i could not receive my money, so they replied their is fault...

Not delivered from foodpanda and they are not answering. I need my money back.
-i called the restaurant after an hour and foodpanda people didnt went there
-will complain on all social groups. I. E. Twitter,, facebook.
-its worst app and foodpanda is not replying

Need to promote to all groups that dont order food from foodpanda....

not received refund yet

I had placed an order on 19th september. My order number was n5gj-2gwj, t7ga-9s6b. I still haven't received the refunds. I had mailed them several times and i got standard response of 7-10 working days and always mentioning they had a technical issue at their end. Till date i haven't received any refunds.

I noticed in this chain that many people are facing this issue. It will be really good if they can be notified and told...

not yet pickup the food by food panda

Are you working for customer satisfaction or any other aims for you. I have ordered my food 2hrs before. Nobody is yet delivered the food to me.
No delivery boy is pick-up the product yet.# off your delivery. At night 12am i didn't need my food. You can eat your father at night. If you are not able to deliver the food close your food panda application and go for some other works. Compare to swiggy, zomotto the food panda...

This is the first time i have order on food panda. The first order has been cancelled by restaurant after doing the payment and when i tried it again, i order briyani i got the confirmation i did online payment which has been confirmed as well but after few minutes when i checked my order it is showing that payment is not confirm yet and my order has been canceled again and i haven't received any msg or refunding amount. Such a pathetic service...

refund not initiated even after 20 days

my amount is not refunded

I placed my order from masala potli of Rs 140 on 20th October through food panda. They cancelled my order and now every time when i ask for my refund they keep asking me to wait for 7-10 days. I have talked to their executive several times. Every time they say that your refund has been initiated and you will get it in 7-10 working days. Today is 15th October, its almost a month still they haven’t refunded my amount....

Today I ordered dul aaloo and tawa roti from foodpanda, I am a vegetarian. But meanwhile I was having dum aaloo which I received in my order I found a chicken piece. I am complaining about refund.

I ordered food from food panda at night on 18 sep 2018 7:01 pm. I was waiting for my order for 3 hours. Suddenly i got the message that my order has been canceled and my money will be refunded in 4-7 working days. They are not refunding the money. Food panda has chat support but they always replied that we will refund your amount in a day or 24 hours will be taken.

worst app

I just ordered through food panda a shake which was on offer.. But till now i’ve not received it.. Plus i did a the payment through card.. And from when the order is only being prepared.. They have not even provided me the delivery man’s details..
Pathetic
Seriously i never expected this from food panda
