delivery boy/rider threaten and not delivery the order after receiving the money

This is so bad to see this type of behavior from company like you that is why other delivery company go far better than you.

I placed my above mentioned order at 7.40 pm today i. E. 21.10.2018 through foodpanda app and made the payment online immediately.
After confirmation of my order i checked my order status but its shows no able to give details due to some technical issue, however we assure your order will be deliver...

my food panda account is blocked

I am not able to use any voucher as it is showing my account is blocked. I made another account on my mobile it is also showing the same. I have uninstalled it still it comes with the same, then i tried to do sign up with my mothers account, it got signed up but still said that account is blocked. What is happening, why my accounts are blocked. Please resolve my problem fast....

atrocious food quality and misbehaviour with female.

The delivery guy knew that the food was bad and was spilled in the package when we confronted him he misbehaved with the lady and ran away after calling him he never came back and the foodpanda never hear our complaint neither they took action or provided us with refund. The chat interface is so bad it takes 2-3 hours to talk to customer executive on chat....

From few days I am trying to access to foodpanda website I tried using different promo codes but it showing me that your account has been banned

So may I know what is the reason why my account has been banned by the website if they do not want to provide the promotion codes to apply the office then why do they send me an SMS regarding the promotion of first to be used to reduce the amount for ordering the Food

order cancelled but refund not received yet

I had placed an order on foodpanda on 19th sept. They cancelled the order as they said it can't be delivered due to some issue and initiated the refund. From that day it is still not processed. Every time i am sending a mail to check the status, they reply that it will take 7-10 days.

It has been more than 1 month but still i haven't received my refund. I have mailed them but didn't get response. Support system is very bad. The amount is ₹72.13. refund not received even after 25 days

I had ordered food on foodpanda app and both the ordered were cancelled by the restaurants. The amount paid through debit card was supposed to be refunded within 2 weeks but it has been 3 weeks, and still it is not initiated. I even emailed them the problem looking for a solutions (Along with sreenshots of cancelled order) but no help was provided. On top of that, they even banned my account. cheating/ fraud

Food panda these days accept orders and they cancel after the money get debited from your account. They would never initiate refund and quote technical issues. I was cheated rs. 399. How do we tackle this? Please on how can we escalate this further. There's no valid number to call the customer service. I just wonder how a firm can this exist. This sounds like a scam as i have come across many many such incidents recently. This is so frustrating...

cheating customer with no refund

Two times I ordered from. Food panda da but the restaurant denied the order and I lost 100 Rs. It's been one an half months but no response to my emails nor received back the amount. I have followed up with email but no luck. The app doesn't have an option to call any customer care. Firat amount is deducted, then I'd restaurant doesn't accept, we lose all the money. Per day one customer of they cheat like this, they can still make profit....
