Due to problem in login in making payment on due date coupled with my unexpected visit to aboard, the payment of February bill due of 200 was delayed and finally made on 16.02.2022.This is isolated delay .You have charged a penalty of Rs 2197.50 for delay of payment of Rs 200 which is not fair by any means .You are requested to waive the penalty keeping in view my track record you have with me for the last 3 years
