I tried to pay simpl app bill payment onecard but Its failed on july 19. Today is 30th August didint get refund. Many times i called customer care and many times maild one card team. I have valid proof oj merchent agreed they didnt get amount. They official maild me. And that all think i forwarded onecard help. But didn't any response from onecard team. Worst experience ever..
