Groupon India / Nearbuy — Paid money for the vouchers for hardeo hotel nagpur but they are blocked

Hello,

Few days i purchased some vouchers from nearby. I have payed for the same.

Now most of the vouchers are blocked and i am not able to redeem it.

I called customer care they told me to send the email to "[protected]@nearbuy.com" i did that but no one from the team replying me on the same..

Either unblock my all the coupons or please return my money.

Awaiting for positive response.

i have purchased these vouchers from my relatives phone number and i dont remember that at this time.

All i know that i have purchased these vouhcers from you and paid at that time so whats the reason to block these coupons for which customer has already paid.

If i was conveyed to me at that time that i need to remember this then i would have done that.

I have already mentioned that i dont remember the contact numbers at all. Their was a deal going at that time on so i got the numbers from my relatives and never kept the reference for the same.

Tell me the reason why you have blocked my vouchers?
If their is some security reasons why this has not happened when i was purchasing the voucher?
Why this has happened after i have paid to you ?

You should also understand from where i should get the number as its matter of 2-3 months back.

Are you guys bullying me asking the same details again an again which i have already mentioned that i dont remember that.

I think you guys are not their to solve the customer complaints on the other hand you have decided that ask the same details again to customer if your are not able to solve the problem because your company if big fraud company who has asked customers to purchase the vouchers but later blocker all...

Your responses has broken my trust from your organization.

I called customer care department, they were also not supportive and here is happening the same.
